I guess I just expected more out of this product. I wanted to be able to have more control over screen time for our five kids, especially when I'm not home and the older kids take advantage of that. Read the features carefully. It had great reviews so I guess it depends on what you're wanting out of it. It just wasn't for us. I would like to see it have more features so I can have more control. I expect that if it's a good seller Disney will improve upon it.

Great product for the money, would definitely buy again.

As an IT pro this was just ARP table inteception. Will do this on my own. But I do see the benefits of this product for parents and the functional purpose.

For Version 1 it is a good gadget, does the job of limiting and filtering content. Does not recognize all applications and at times loses connection.

It worked but was a bit of a hassel. Would probably look for other alternatives in the future.

It is amazing product and great idea but the experience for me was quite buggy and unnecessarily complicated

We bought this to ensure that the iPads we bought our kids weren't used in a manner that we didn't like. The idea is great, but the execution of the Circle leaves a lot to be desired. My biggest issue is that we have multiple wifi routers, and the Circle only works with one. There is a subscription based service that supposedly works on the device instead of the network, but for what we were trying to do, this product did not work.

Three kids all at different ages and different needs - this product isn't flexible whatsoever. If no customization is needed - probably a good product. If you need to allow certain apps and not others - not so easy. And it jammed our router multiple times where we would need to reboot. Definitely more hassle than it's worth.

It worked ok when we used it but it slowed down our internet too much and blocked stuff we wanted sometimes.

I can't really attest to how this worked because apparently it wouldn't work with Windstream. I shouldn't have been surprised... Windstream isn't particularly friendly with anything. It would have been nice to know ahead of time, instead of spending ridiculous amounts of time trying to figure out why this thing crashed my entire internet to the entire house.

The app is not user friendly, a bit difficult to understand that the device is capable of doing.

It allows good control by device. But within a device not good flexibility in controlling apps.

This shuts the internet off at a certain time for certain devices which is great. It did not work well for us because we have multiple users on each device. It was very complicated to do. We ended up not using it, and using another internet safety company.

I can’t configure it with my AT&T router, so far can’t use it and I will return it
