It’s okay, not that easy to use, could be easer to use

It could be easier to set up but does the job and it is good to monitor the kids online activities.

Very good but some extract monthly cost if you want to monitor smart phone via cellular data

Did not work well with our ATT router...kept slowing our connection.

If you are looking for total control of your network, this product is for you. My issue is with individual device control, was difficult to set allowances on specific devices that were not uniquely id’d. Overall Ok, but didnt perform to what I expected.

Considerably Slows the internet speed on everything

Read the fine print as the circle does not work with all routers. When it did work with the original router it was an excellent tool to monitor kids internet usage.

It served it's purpose for a while but teens being a geek will be able to figure out how to hack it. I don't get notification as well when it has been reset. A good modem with parental control will still work best.

I was very excited about this product. Unfortunately, it simply does not work and I will need to attempt to return it. The setup was not as easy as we were led to believe and, once it was setup, it only worked intermittently, and then not at all. In addition, it took our entire WIFI down. We had to reset our WIFI several times. Each time we reset everything, Circle would only work for a brief period of time before either becoming either non-functional or taking our whole WIFI down again. Additionally, when it did work for brief periods of time, the time limits and rewards functions never worked. I am extremely disappointed with this product.

The app would start blocking when it was scheduled to, however, the problem was that it would not stop blocking when it was scheduled to. Ended up being more hassle than benefit, so we returned it.

Let me preface that this went back to the store. After getting calls from my wife that she cannot get onto the internet, we decided that this was not the device for us. We got this to setup family profiles and monitor screen time for the kids. It ended up killing our network. When I took it back the customer service rep said that almost everyone that goes out with one ends up bringing them back for the same reasons. Disney you should do a little more R&D before putting something like this out and messing with end users networks.

I've had problems with my circle from day 1. First, the set up is difficult. Not easy, at least on an android. Second, customer service is NOT helpful! I've contacted them multiple times, only to receive an unhelpful email. Third, my phone will not sync with my home wifi! I've tried forums, resetting the system, contacting customer service, etc. To be completely honest, my circle has spent more time completely turned off than it has been up and operating. Don't waste your money if you're planning on having your android phone manage the system.

I like the design of circle and also the companion app but was very disappointed that it didn't support 5ghz signal.

Need to have near wifi source, setup with multiple devices can be tedious and older smarter kids just unplug it!

This worked ok for non cellular devices and as long as each of your family members has their own computer to use.

Would have love this too work, but it didn’t. Slowed the internet, games lagged, time settings didn’t work, mixed up device signals and on and on and on. Do NOT waste your money. You can get a router at Best Buy for more money but worth the extra cost. Lastly, their tech help has limited hours.

Parenting is hard enough...add to it technology in your kids bedroom and it takes it to all new heights of difficulty. We use to do the 'bedtime device roundup' every evening at 9pm to keep the world out of our kids rooms at night. NO MORE! Set your kids individual accounts a bed time parameter and ALL of their devices shut down and wake up when you specify. It's as easy as making an appointment in your iCal on your iPhone. That alone might have convinced me to spend the $100....but there's more. You can see where your kids have gone on the super-internet highway. Filter their access to the internet by age categories AND fine tune those settings if they are too strict. Time limits and or restrictions on specific apps like Facebook, minecraft, Instagram, snapchat are so wonderful. Talk to your kids about what a reasonable amount of time would be on these apps during the very busy few hours they have before bedtime and set those time limits to each app specifically. Now I don't hear at 10pm, "I'm not done with my homework yet" when I know that one kiddo of mine was likely on YouTube for 60% of the eve! Nope...not with the 1 hour restriction on YouTube! If he has to use this app for homework....he better not squander his time watching grown men play video games. Your kid doesn't come to dinner when you've called them ..once...twice or 3 X's....no problem....just hit the PAUSE button on his or her account and they will magically appear! LOVE THIS device!

I was hoping this would keep the kids off of YouTube.

Messed up my ps4 and slowed network down. Great idea just not there yet.
