    My Fitbit failed twice. I can say bestbuy rocks on the return handling, but the quality of the Fitbit has gone to heck.

    This is junk just like the band it replaced. I paid $129 for the Alta and have replaced several bands. They peel apart and break where they attach to the tracker. I wish I had bought a different brand of tracker.
