Delivery was late, and once delivered the packaging was all mangled. Still, the device looked outwardly ok so I stuck with it for a week. But no, several of the buttons don't work. I'm chalking it up to "damaged in transit", so am exchanging it for a brand new one. Luckily having the BB rewards program, you get 60 days to return your purchase, no questions asked, easy peasy.

I bought the claw online. It was delivered, but I noticed “ inspected by Best Buy” tape on the delivery box, which made me think I was sent an open box claw . I contacted Best Buy, and yes, they said that “inspected by Best Buy” tape is only used on open box purchases. He asked if I wanted a replacement one sent to me. I said yes because I purchased a new device, not a used one. So he set everything up and told me to return the used one they sent. I went to the local Best Buy and returned it. At this point, my replacement order said it was being packed up and going to be shipped out. Well, the next day, out of nowhere, I got an email saying my order was canceled. I got in touch with Best Buy, and they said that someone called and canceled my order… I said by whom. I never called and canceled. He told me he was going to send my case to someone higher than him. He said I would hear from someone within 24 hrs. Well, till this day, nobody has contacted me on why my order was canceled.

Great on paper not in practice. At end of day just too many hoops to jump through to be enjoyable.

Was sent a device without a MSI security seal. When I opened the box, the handheld looked used, the charger or handheld didn't come in a bag. I don't know what's going on with MSI or Bestbuy, but this was not cool. I paid for a new device, not used or refurbished. If that's the case, drop the price.

Honestly it got really hot was very awkward feeling and took forever to reset it I would recommend looking at something else and also the games were all just not running good FPS like yes the refresh rate is high relatively speaking but it has integrated graphics so it just runs really poor and also another thing is that when I went in to the unlock screen I had to manually type everything into it using my fingers and it was just a Hassle trying to break my hands just to unlock it and use it the d-pad did not work when I was tryna unlock it

Purchased one from another retailer because it's always sold out on Bestbuy. I've owned the Steamdeck, Rog Ally and Legion Go. This one is the snappiest, best performing handheld PC I've owned by far. Great battery life (I can sit on my couch and play Farming Simulator for 2 hours and more without having to plug in again. It has the comfortable grip like the SteamDeck, big Screen like the Legion Go and snappy performance of the ROG Ally (faster, actually). It's got all of the bets features of the other handhelds in one package.

Pros: Display, Audio Quality, Build quality, Performance, Battery life. ————————————————————————————Cons: Weight, Design and color scheme. Lack of kickstand and available accessories as of end if June and beginning of July.

This is the worst gaming handheld! It takes ages to install the windows updates

I got this yesterday this is beast better than onexfly pro nice screen bigger 8 inch love it!!!
