Customers commend the keyboard quality, citing its ease of typing, satisfying tactile feedback, and backlit keys as significant advantages. However, some users found the keyboard's size added significant bulk to their iPhone 15 Pro Max, impacting ease of handling. Concerns were also raised regarding the product's price point, with some considering it expensive. While some users found the keyboard difficult to use, particularly with one hand, many appreciated the return to a physical keyboard experience.

A great way to give your phone some tactility and a look that stands out. Does make it hard to pocket, and you really need to commit to get the most out of it, but I think it’s worth the effort

I absolutely love this device. It’s a bit pricey but I think it will go lower as it gains more popularity. Other than that no complaints it works as its intended for and I definitely get compliments wherever I go.

While the concept here is cool, fun and nostalgic, it's absolutely not practical. They keyboard is backlit, certain keys change color if you have them locked, etc. However, I have the 15 Pro Max and it makes the phone way too big to hold onto. I like the faux leather pad area on the bottom of the back panel to help you get a better grip, but it's just not enough.
The keyboard doesn't work with many apps that require me to type numbers in different fields and I have to resort to hitting the "Show Keyboard" button on the case, which is just extra steps that don't need to exist. I'm returning this after less than 12 hours of use.
Kudos to the manufacturer for trying something fun and novel, but this isn't for me.
As someone who had no other option back in the day and had to use a physical keyboard, once you go digital, you don't go back. Having extra screen space is not worth the other trade-offs of a much taller phone and having to hunt for the symbols I use regularly on the letter keys. (@,#,$, etc.)
The price point is also much too high. This was purchased using some reward points but still felt it was too much.

It works as it’s intended to but it does make the phone super long and I don’t like that it lacks protection for the phone itself. It’s also kind of annoying that it won’t work with connected Apple car play. It’s nice to have if you do a lot of emailing and messaging on your phone, but unless your using your phone for that for long periods of time throughout the day it really isn’t worth it. I also noticed a considerable battery drain on my iPhone when I was using it versus when I’m not.

This little keyboard is so cool. Pros: looks really unique, is fun to create shortcuts on the keyboard, fun to relearn how to use a physical keyboard like we had in the 2000s, doesnt drain phone battery (thought it might). Cons: takes some getting used to(once the muscle memory comes back on how to use the keyboard, it gets easier), it makes the phone really long(too long for a pocket) and the charger doesnt fit snug- it wiggles around.

The Clicks Keyboard is awesome—it feels so good to have real buttons back on my phone. Typing is super easy, and I actually enjoy working on my iPhone now. It’s a little pricey, but totally worth it if you want a better typing experience. Perfect for school, work, or just texting faster!

I wanted to like it. I did. But it was just not t to be. My first unit want broken and would not sync. My replacement unit worked but just was not as intuitive as I would have liked. Sometimes the digital keyboard would appear sometimes it would not. Which made it confusing on which to type on ( my brain was saying type on the screen, then it would glitch while looking at the keyboard. *this is a me thing) The size ( mind you I have a iPhone 15 pro max ) kind of felt like it doubled in size and it was super hard to type with one hand. Over all it wasn’t for me. I missed the days of my blackberry and made a nostalgia purchase. Overall it reminded me that digital keyboards have came a LONGGGGGGG way. Aside from the good memories while typing on the unit ( that actually worked ) it was just not for me, but it could be for you.

I have been using my Clicks case for the past few weeks and boy does it deliver!
The tactility of the buttons is on par with the best physical keyboards I have used in the past.
The shortcuts feature is brilliant and saves me so much time when using my phone.
I added a magsafe ring to the back to use all of my accessories and chargers.
I no longer need to wait to to get back to my desk to type out long emails or work related messages.
The extra screen real estate is a great bonus as well!
Can't wait to get it for the new iPhone 16!

Having Clicks keyboard on a no-comprise device like the iPhone is so nice. Once you build up the muscle memory and recall for shortcuts there’s no going back to touchscreen typing.

I've been using Clicks for 3 months now and have a few different colors! Something that people need to understand, not everyone wants a physical keyboard, but those who do tend to love Clicks. It takes a bit of time to get used to but once you do, the shortcuts and tactile feel are both useful and enjoyable on the day to day. Yes it makes your phone longer, but if that is your main concern then why are you buying it in the first place? I even added better MagSafe support via an adhesive magnet from amazon for $5. I get compliments from so many people on this keyboard day to day and will be using clicks for quite some time to come.

I like having a physical keyboard but I ended up returning it. One of the reason I returned it because it made my phone heavier and in order to use the keyboard you have to open the app.

Feels very cheap for $159 and it makes the pro max very bulky and unable to carry in front pocket. Not happy with purchase. Maybe if it was $49.99 i would be happy

There is a lot of room for improvement. The app doesn’t work consistently, some of the features don't work at all. I gave it a 3 stars because the functionality of the button's work fine and the clicking sound reminds me of typing on an old school typewriter.

However finicky and poorly weighted you already imagine this device to be, the reality is much worse. Problems with simple things like rendering contractions when you're typing messages and hard little buttons that deliver an unpleasant tactile sensation, along with the difficulty of balancing the weight of your phone to avoid dropping it in this not particularly durable case make using the Clicks keyboard more of an exercise in frustration than a return to the buttoned devices of old. I gave myself several days to get used to this thing and just gave up. Unfortunately, I failed to keep the box mine came in so I haven't tried to return it.
