These new ones are about 1/3 the size and weight and they work very well. No noisy channels and excellent reception with strong clear voice. They are working well over our 6-acre plot.

It's so easy to tell my husband if he has to pull up and try again or a little to the right - or the left... A big help for both of us.

But at the same time I only paid 25 bucks

We use them when we go driving on the weekends and between the distance at times and sound of the engines its hard to make out whats going on. Not very well made, but they work.

Used them mid commute as we were traveling 2 separate vehicles (big family). The quality and battery life is great. the rechargeable batteries are a huge plus. Definitely recommend!
