I have an escort x80 in a different car and passing by the same road this cobra is a bit jumpy. On the bright side the volt meter is on the spot for me. I wish I can return/replace it.

Posted .To reduce false alerts, use Medium or Low SEN modes. If you are using the iRadar app with RAD 480i, use Auto SEN mode which will automatically change the SEN mode based on your speed.

If it fits in your budget I would definitely look into some of the Uniden options. They give way less false alarms and are more precise.
