Used it once and quit working. I contacted Best Buy to get it replaced but would have to bring it in for an appointment with geek squad. I ended up buying a replacement power cord from Amazon now it works. Not too impressed so far.

To be honest you really need to buy advanced ones that are like $300+ if you want a very consistent one.

There have been times where I have saw the cop pointing his laser my way and it still hasn't gone off. That being said, somehow it works when I need it to, I'm just glad I didn't need it any other time.

I believe the other name is Erick he used to have that number before i bought my phone at best buy and you gave it to me. I'm getting correspondence related to his name on that number and its not good correspondence that might affect my credit rating. I've all ready contacted best buy headquarters with no satisfaction by email. Take that name off!!!!
