I should have listened to the previous reviews stating the excessive issues with the app connecting to the camera. It connects less than 25% of the time, and I feel like thats being generous. The cord used to connect the rear camera to the front camera is so old and outdated, I was completely unable to find a replacement when my back camera quit connecting to the front camera 7.5 weeks after purchasing this set up BRAND NEW. Best Buy didn’t have the cord, the guy I spoke with at Best Buy said the connection type is so old, it’s not used anymore and difficult to find. He helped me check Amazon, EBay, and even called up a local store that literally ONLY sells cords and connectors and they said the same thing…so old, it’s not used. I ended up getting a new cord through the warranty, but it took them 21 days to send, and the cord has ended up not being the issue, it’s just the camera crapped out. Don’t waste your money on this camera. The only redeeming thing is that the front camera works fine, but you cannot move the camera side to side to get a different view, it only moves up and down. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone given the awful customer service, poor design, and apparently the poor quality of parts they used for the back camera.

This camera is non-functional with a useless app that is heavily drains your phone battery and almost never connects only had the camera for less than 24 hours and very unsatisfied with it will be calling cobra to request a refund as the paperwork in the Box says do not return to store.

Easy to setup and uses. The loop record feature works (unlike other cameras I have used in the past). Good video quality.

This has been the best so far. It records, it tells you when to delete the storages. It’s very sensitive so pot holes count as emergency recordings and in GA…that’s a lot of recordings. What I don’t care for is the gap in recordings. It stops at 3 minutes but picked back up 15-30 seconds later. That could mean you miss an event. The app works, when it wants. Sometimes trans get is fast, sometimes it won’t happen at all. Between the price and the value, it evens out.

Good clear pictures, easy to set up overall very satisfied with the camera.

This unit is great! Great quality videos even the rear camera. The knly thing i would say negative is not about the camera itself but cobra needs to do something better with the drive smarter app. It won't connect to the camera

Really grad I bought this. This is the first one I’ve ever had and it seems to work great. I still need to learn a little more about it, but it was very easy to install.

Good clear picture on front view cam. Easy to setup wifi. Unfortunately wifi pin cannot be changed.

I’ve wanted to have front and rear cameras in my car because of the poor drivers on the road taking chances with other peoples lives. This is good to be able to prove poor driving.
