This camera accepts VOICE COMMANDS so I can simply say "Rear Video On" and the monitor will show rear camera (for as long as I want). I can also say "Front Video On" and the monitor will return to front video camera. I can also use Voice Commands to turn on and off. The rear camera is corded, yet there was ample cord to run back on a Ford Focus. Also, since corded, I don't need to worry about batteries. A dedicated system like this is very secure.

It took me about 45 mins just to be able to wait on hold for customer support. Once they was done, it went a lot smoother. The product is great.

The installer thought I needed to buy one separately and I didn't notice it should've been included. I'll be going back tomorrow. Too soon to say whether the camera is ok or not.

Not happy with Bestbuy

They did a good job on the install but the guy that done the install said he was over his 2 hour limit and would not install it on our phones. I have tried to install it and can't. I know it has been a while but, I'm not happy with Bestbuy,
