Overall its great and does what its supposed too, The software is amazing and resondsive i just cant figure out tbe voice commands

This turned out to be the prefect gift for someone who loves cars. Only issue I ran into is keeping the camera on and recording while the car is turned off. Overall great quality that matches the price point.

Still trying to turn it on. Installation was great. They were very helpfull. The customer service rep onstalled the cam and answered my questions. In fact it looked easy and now trying to figure it all out.

As far for my experience this is my 2nd one the first one was replaced under warranty and now just 2 months later after replacing the DashCam is not working again maybe they replace it again but 3 times for a dashcam, I think theirs better options out there so unless you wanna keep replacing these every few months I don’t recommend it i will look into a different brand.

The software is not so great. I had my SC200D professionally installed since June 2021. In the first few months, I could view the videos on my iPhone. Now, I could not. The Drive Smart software does not find SC200D device even I move my iPhone right next to it. I had tried restart power on the device and my iPhone, and made sure device bluetooth was on. Drive Smarter just could not find it.

I was super excited to set this cam up, and protect myself from people that can't seem to put down their phone... However, after owning this product and having used it for a little over three months, the camera stopped working entirely. It keeps displaying the message, "Cannot detect SD card." Thinking, and hoping, something was wrong with the SD card, I popped into my local Best Buy after work about two weeks ago now, and got an SD card. Popped that into the camera after, and the same message popped up; it will not record or even display another screen/prompt on what to do. I wouldn't be as half as disappointed as I am if I had spent closer to 50$ dollars for this thing... I tried reaching out to the Cobra team to see if they could help me, and they did not reply. (It's been about two weeks now.) Oh well, I just really advise buyers to get something else. Put your 200$ toward a camera that is guaranteed to work after just three months of use.

I dislike the cords running all over the car but i realize the system itself is invaluable.

When you plug in the back camera it stops recording in the qhd for both the front and back cameras and only allows HD. The maximum micro sd card size it allows is 128gig which means it does not store as much video as would be wanted for road trips especilly if you want to review it later. We bought the camera april 2024. And the camera fully stopped working this month june 2025. So i got just over a year before it died, ofcourse 2 months after the warranty expired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAMERA.

Very good product a little troublesome using the app to download videos to review. I highly recommend this dashcam!!

Its hard to hook up and it have to stay on the charger for you to use it

Great system for the price! Its easy to install and the app works pretty well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dashcam system.
