Cobra dash cam

The unfortunate part is Im not entirely tech savvy so I wasnt able to figure it out when installing it, thats the only resson why I gave 4 stars. But the cool thing is you could get the video information via an app on your phone

Not working as expected

Alerts through the associated apps are useful. The Geek Squad installation was done well. Note that Best Buy charges twice the posted dash cam installation fee because there is a rear camera as well as the main unit. When ordering the product and the installation fee this additional charge is not identified. I learned about the additional fee when the Geek Squad technician phoned me prior to the scheduled installation.

Good product, poor store planning of service

I bought it for my daughter in law so I don't have day to day feedback on it. The installation, however, took much longer than we were told. I'm happy we didn't go with just her vehicle. We were told about an hour and a half and it was in excess of 3 hours. I believe there was only 1 technician working and he was interrupted by other customers. Not his fault, but the store's fault.
