    The camera works pretty good. However the app is terrible. I could not even update the firmware; it wouldn't pull clips. I could not play any. Cobra you ought to be ashamed of yourself! Needless to say I returned the product.

    Great little camera unit/combo. Installed it in my 2021 Explorer ST and love it. Passengers get to watch what goes on around the SUV while traveling. Haven't used the instant record feature and hope I never need it. It's great knowing if something happens video can show the whole thing. These days you never know! Its great to have the ability to instantly record a situation if you need it too.

    The camera stopped working in a year not sure why, good thing I had the Best Buy protection plan it saved me money.

    When starting my car, the camera will boot up. But the recording will not start. Have to reboot the camera several times before it will record. I have two cameras and they both do the same thing. Talk to support several times. They suggested I update the firmware. No change. They wanted to do a warranty return, but won't contact me to complete it. And now I cannot get anyone on the phone, or a response by email.
