Also I've struggled to get the devices to stop recording when the car is off and only turn on if something hits my car, thus draining my car battery. So I've had to resort to plugging the cameras in whenever I drive and unplug them when I stop my car.

The second day after installation the camera indicated on the scene that there was a disk error. No instructions on the website indicated how this can be resolved. I did unplug the camera and plugged it back in this seemed to resolve this problem. Today when I was driving, the cameras display kept turning off and then turning back on and then turning pff again.

Tried several times to contact the manufacturer with no response. Tried turning camera off and on, resetting device and nothing has worked. I was able to temporarily store videos on the device itself but now the rear camera is not working and the videos get deleted due to storage being full. There is also no way to get the videos stored on the device off. Very frustrated after spending $300 I’m not able to use it properly. Would not recommend this camera. Extremely difficult to use & there is no manual that comes with it.
