Rear camera issues

I have to consistently be disconnecting it from the front and wait about 30 mins before reconnecting it just for it to disconnect and reconnect the minute I reconnect to the front. I have had no issues with the front camera just the rear.

The second day after installation the camera indicated on the scene that there was a disk error. No instructions on the website indicated how this can be resolved. I did unplug the camera and plugged it back in this seemed to resolve this problem. Today when I was driving, the cameras display kept turning off and then turning back on and then turning pff again.
