It was working fine until I framed my micro sd and ever since then the triangle showed up on my screen? Now it just records 1 minute videos? Contacted cobra customer service and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes and hanged up several times…..that’s why I’m not leaving 5 stars…

An Emergency Recording is triggered when the Emergency Record/Favorites Button is pressed or when the G-Sensor registers a significant impact, even hard breaking. Emergency Recordings create locked files that are not overwritten by Continuous Loop Recording. To ensure that important footage is not lost surrounding an incident, the adjacent video clip is locked if the incident happens within 30 seconds of the beginning or end of a clip. If was possible to give a "0" star, this would certainly deserve one. The camera is fine for what it is but the software is pure garbage. It absolutely will not connect to anything . The "Drive Smarter" software states that the phone is out of range when they are both in the same cab. Connection to a phone is the primary reason I purchased this. It doesn't work ! Shame on Cobra for marketing such a useless product.
