During its brief lifetime, the alerts would be a couple of beeps with no info as to what the alerts were about. Frequently, iRadar would suddenly announce excessive speed when passing by exit ramps - annoying. Apps Drivesmart and iRadar sadly lacking. It's demise is not mourned. Good riddance.

You can only access the videos when your vehicle is running with the camera it doesn’t save to your phone or the app unless you physically click the video and save it to your phone. Mine freezes all the time and doesn’t capture everything i had someone break check me and i hit them. Guess what didnt get it on video

So I bought another product from another local company. Best Buy's service is woefully lacking. Service in your stores in also woefully inadequate!

I had to wait until after it was installed to find out if a rear camera is installed the front is limited to 1080. The software is absolute junk and doesnt work. Cant even update it. I purchased it partly for the software features and its probably going to go back which is a shame.

The video resolution on your device is QHD+ (1600p) when running front camera only, with advanced sensors for enhanced night-time clarity. Dash cameras generally record in 1080p when recording both front and rear, so if QHD is what you're after consider running the front camera only.

And when we connect rear camera the quality will drop from QHD to HD

Either way, we do not recommend keeping it in direct heat for an extended period of time. If it was shutting off after about 30 minutes, there are some settings that could cause this. I'm disappointed spending almost $200.

Posted .We're sorry you're having issues. You can format the SD card inside the camera by going into the camera's setting menu without using the app.
Also, if you've paired the camera to your phone's Bluetooth menu, you may need to 'unpair' before trying to connect in the app again.
