This camera, the SC200D, will lose its settings and over expose the recorded image. It renders all recording unusable.

Posted .Gaby, we are sorry you are having issues connecting your camera to the app. Please know that the basic features you need are available on the camera and you can view your videos on your computer using the included SD card.
We have also released new versions of the app which may help you connect your camera with your particular phone. We hope you will download the latest version and give it a try.
Also, please note there is no monthly charge for using the camera or the Drive Smarter app.

I called the customer service and no solution could be provided as well. Imagine spending more than 400dollars on purchase and installations for this and nothing to show for it?
