Buttons are pretty tight but it does what it's supposed to do.

It was an ok product! We purchased 2 they wouldn't work.

This product does its intended function for chat. Not for gaming and hotkeys, due to its automatic sleep mode. Resync takes about 2-4 seconds, and any other devices will lag horrendously during this time, which can be critical while playing timing-precise games.

I've had this product for around a month and a half and it seems like its greatly loosing its charging capabilities. Really makes communication easier on games like ESO and other MMO games. Not sure if its going to make it to its warranty unfortunately.

Because it is a separate device according to the PlayStation it only halfway works and also only works with some apps .. not worth the money .. the Xbox keyboard worked much better .. really a Bluetooth keyboard is your best bet

I didnt like that is was very hard to get on and off my controller. And the chat function would get me killed in my game. Because in fortnite. The chat box is broken. I find a keyboard work the best.

Can't use it so don't know own how it works. Bought it for Playstation 2 but onky works on a Playstation 4. Do they know how useful of product it is now.

Will not stay synced to my PS4 for more than 30 seconds. Have tried over and over and over again. Biggest waste of time and money!!!!!!

It started great. Easy install and handy during gaming. Then started having issues with it disconnecting from Bluetooth constantly. Don't even use it any more.

The keypads are tiny and unresponsive, often leading to more time spent writing/correcting. Not as convenient as typing on a phone or a regular keypad on old phones.

Take my review with a grain of salt. I believe this product is for chatting online and I did purchase it in order to navigate through passwords, Netflix, etc. and havn't had any luck with that. My wife and kid are intimidated by how it takes over the dualshock. I havn't found a useful purpose in it yet to for my needs motivating me to give it more than one star.

I couldn't get it to work with the PlayStation 4 controller. It was a waste of money.

Not really a big deal. To be honest it makes the ps4 controller unconfortable to handle. Your muchbetter without it.

My son got this for Christmas. He is an avid gamer. I've actually seen him use it once. Says it's more annoying than anything.

Key board interferes with operation of remote. The size of the keyboard interferes with the remote.
