Have to use headphones all the time or couldn't understand how to adjust the volume to tv speakers

The lag between the keypad Bluetooth and the ps4 takes a very long time to connect and type

Bought a few other ones online that didn't work well. I came across this one at Best Buy and decided to give this one a try. Works extremely well and works through all apps on the ps4. Keyboard takes a second to connect when you wake your ps4 from sleep. You must charge your audio setting on your ps4 to get sound out your tv when the device is connected. It's great to use at night because the keyboard lights up when typing and the built in battery pack also charges your ps4 controller in case you run low on power. Keyboard does not get in the way of the remove and doesn't add much bull or weight. Overall built quality is great and keys are nice to type on. Con: doesn't come with a usb cable. Takes a second to connect to your ps4

Thought it was going to be a perfect little keyboard for playing Ffxiv just for chatting but it constantly disconnects almost instantly after no use and has to reconnect before using every single time. I went and purchased a wireless keyboard that connects via USB instead and have no problems with it.

I never found a use for this and I don't see why you need it

I didn't know you have to charge it and when you plug it in it doesn't work. Works when it wants to. I thought it's the same as the xb1 chatpad. But totally different.

Doesn't seem to work for playstation Vue application and i don't use it for chat so i haven't really found a use for it.

I would not recommend this to anyone could not get this to work right

Poor bluetooth connectivity, poor quality control, just overall a bad product

When it decides to connect without disconnecting the controller with its failure to connect, it then goes to sleep within 5-10 seconds and takes 5-25 seconds to wake back up and reconnect. It is enough of an inconvenience that it is literally faster and more reliable to set down the controller and type on a real USB keyboard even as a healer in an MMO. Now if this delay isn't a deal breaker for you like it is for us, the keyboard is very well thought out with its toggle to either charge the keyboard or the controller, its gentle backlighting, and snug fit to the controller. It's well balanced enough that the extra weight isn't a problem for even my mother's arthritic hands.

I like using this keyboard. It makes typing much easier. It is kind of weird to hold on the hands though. Recommended if you need a keyboard!

This is a cool chatpad and I live how responsive it is. Cool that it has a built-in charger to charge my controller. Totally saved me time when I'm texting with my peeps.

Pretty good and also acts well considering it's bluetooth. Most of these bluetooth things would be somewhat lagging but the buttons respond well. Only minor concern is that some of the buttons (depending on how often you toggle the (OFF/ON/CHARGE) switch) will flicker, causing potential issues there (especially if you're about having aesthetically good looking gaming equipment.

I love this, it works great just clip it on and go.
