    If you are not tech savvy then this is not for you. The instructions do not tell you how to set it up. You will have to go to their website and watch the videos and even then so the videos don’t actually teach you how to program the device. There is different settings for each console and PC. In addition the free applications aren’t the ones that most people want to use. There are creators that create the apps on the device and you have to pay for them. For the money and difficult use. It’s easier to get a scuff controller than purchasing this and going through its complicated set up. It is not just plug and play.

    This product was very confusing on how to use. Installed the software on my computer and followed directions and also watched many videos. How to get to work. They could not get it to work or function properly. So I returned it because it was so frustrating.
