  • **GETTING STARTED** Get Registered With Zen Studio 1. **OPEN THE LATEST VERSION OF ZEN STUDIO** Microsoft Windows 11 is recommended. Mac OS requires Bootcamp (cronus.support/mac). Connect Cronus Zen to your computer from the PROG USB-C Port. 2. **REGISTER YOUR CRONUS ZEN** When the Library panel is selected, you will see a welcome message on the right. Click "REGISTER HERE" and you will be asked to connect your Zen to the Cronus Community. Registered Zen owners get exclusive access to free GamePacks, scripts, and private community channels. **Troubleshooting** If you get an error code on the OLED screen, unplug all USB cables from the Zen, hold down both the P1 and P2 buttons, connect Zen to a CONSOLE/PC from its rear CONSOLE USB-C Port while still holding the buttons down, wait a few seconds and the RGB LEDs will flash RED-GREEN-BLUE.     The zen console for gaming console like Xbox or ps5 or4 the Best buy employees don't even know nothing about this console they don't even tell you you have to go get a computer download certain websites to get strips to put in the Zen console that's a lot of work you have to do and a lot of time and wasted if you get a Zen console look it up first for you buy one please and look up the strips too.

    If you are not tech savy save your money. The support is rude and attack your every question. They laugh and post laughing pictures about you and gang up and rage bait. I cannot believe they can do this. I am as good with or without the zen.

    It didn’t eork my son tried and tried and then I tried to return it and I was having trouble so when I finally contacted someone to help me then they said it was to late so that was $117 gone down the drain.
