  • **GETTING STARTED** Get Registered With Zen Studio 1. **OPEN THE LATEST VERSION OF ZEN STUDIO** Microsoft Windows 11 is recommended. Mac OS requires Bootcamp (cronus.support/mac). Connect Cronus Zen to your computer from the PROG USB-C Port. 2. **REGISTER YOUR CRONUS ZEN** When the Library panel is selected, you will see a welcome message on the right. Click "REGISTER HERE" and you will be asked to connect your Zen to the Cronus Community. Registered Zen owners get exclusive access to free GamePacks, scripts, and private community channels. **Troubleshooting** If you get an error code on the OLED screen, unplug all USB cables from the Zen, hold down both the P1 and P2 buttons, connect Zen to a CONSOLE/PC from its rear CONSOLE USB-C Port while still holding the buttons down, wait a few seconds and the RGB LEDs will flash RED-GREEN-BLUE.     This product was very confusing on how to use. Installed the software on my computer and followed directions and also watched many videos. How to get to work. They could not get it to work or function properly. So I returned it because it was so frustrating.

    gotten as a birthday gift. Hard to use / understand. It’s a little finicky, and doesn’t always work 100%, definitely needs tinkering done and a lot of watched videos. Research product before ordering, it’s a common issue.
