  • **GETTING STARTED** Get Registered With Zen Studio 1. **OPEN THE LATEST VERSION OF ZEN STUDIO** Microsoft Windows 11 is recommended. Mac OS requires Bootcamp (cronus.support/mac). Connect Cronus Zen to your computer from the PROG USB-C Port. 2. **REGISTER YOUR CRONUS ZEN** When the Library panel is selected, you will see a welcome message on the right. Click "REGISTER HERE" and you will be asked to connect your Zen to the Cronus Community. Registered Zen owners get exclusive access to free GamePacks, scripts, and private community channels. **Troubleshooting** If you get an error code on the OLED screen, unplug all USB cables from the Zen, hold down both the P1 and P2 buttons, connect Zen to a CONSOLE/PC from its rear CONSOLE USB-C Port while still holding the buttons down, wait a few seconds and the RGB LEDs will flash RED-GREEN-BLUE.     Did a chargeback because of no updates after 2 weeks of returning their faulty product. Get an update the day after the chargeback then be unnecessarily harassed over email. (Not Best Buy's fault)
