Bought this game as a gift for my husband. He was unable to download the digital content to his PS5. After multiple hours of phone calls to Best Buy, Play Station, and EA sports customer service, the result was that we would have to purchase the digital content again. In order to recoup our losses, we attempted to return the game and re-purchase, however the game was non-returnable. This has been the worst and most disappointing customer service I have ever experienced. I would absolutely not recommend purchasing this game, but if you must, definitely do not do so at Best Buy.

Disappointed that you cannot play your favorite team’s season against the computer. Can only play that way against other players online. I sold this to Game Stop ad it was not worth keeping.

Wasn’t much though put into this game. The focus does not appear to be on the mechanics.

Almost everything in this game is pre planned animation. The blocks, the pursuit angles, absolutely terrible. This game is literally an arcade game.

Best Buy is HORRIBLE!! My game was lost and I had been on vacation, came home and let them know but they wanna say it’s after the days to do anything!! This company is an absolute JOKE!! So I basically washed away $70 for nothing and Best Buy won’t do anything to help a LOYAL customer!!! I will NEVER MAKE another purchase from Best Buy and will make it known how crappy they’re all over social media!! Horrible!

If you want to get a better game, just get college football.This year it blows this away.

Not worth it. Looked for the HBCU'S NONE ON THE GAME. EA Sports doesn't have a customer support line to reach out to for questions. EA SPORTS need to do better. Not Buying anymore until corrected!

Pre-ordered my copy several days ahead of release date and now the tracking is saying it won't be here until Monday 07/22. Should've known better than choosing free delivery. I highly recommend doing store pickup or ordering from a different retailer that won't fumble the ball and ruin your weekend. No wonder this company is on the brink of going under.

The game looks very good, but I'm not sold on the overall experience. It doesn't have the option to play a franchise with total control of the game. Meaning you either have to be a coach or watch accelerated gameplay with no control on how the game ends.

Best Buy is the worst when it comes to preorder deliveries. Still waiting for the game to arrive and should have been here yesterday! Told that is delayed and they have no idea when it will be shipped. Stay away and shame on Best Buy

Love the game but it wasnt delivered for 3 days after release. No sence in pre ordering anything from Best Biy if thats what they do.

Looks great for 10% of what NCAA Football 14 had in terms of options.

Too many bugs, kicking is awful and top 25 rankings make no sense.
