Took a little while to get used to, but it’s a pretty solid game. Defenses are harder in it, but also makes it less predictable.

Like many people, I've been super excited since the announcement that EA was reviving the NCAA gaming franchise. And maybe it's because of that excitement - and my lifelong history with the game across the Sega Genesis, the Playstation, the PS2, and the PS3 - that the disappointment from this title hits so hard. On the plus side, the gameplay graphics are fantastic - definitely a flex for next gen consoles. In addition, the recruiting in Dynasty mode is much better than it used to be. The negatives? Everything else. From the gameplay to the interface to the announcers, it's just one big pile of trash. The movement is so jerky, and this WILL get you into trouble - especially on defense where tackling is next to impossible. I've owned this game for about a week, and I've honestly given it a chance...but I see almost no redeeming qualities. Lots of folks have fooled themselves given the appeal of nostalgia and WANTING to love this game, but it's a mess. Waste of $70.

Game is fun and atmosphere is amazing, no season mode tho is wild and needs to be in the game.

Giving this game 2 stars cause its $9.99, full price its like half a star. Its been 10 years since the last installment and this is the best they could do, it almost felt like a copy and paste from 10 years ago. Stadium and Teams have no life, they just reuse the same player and fan animations over and over for both teams and the NIL portions of my player just feels pointless and tacked on. If you really need a College football game this might be ok for you for $10 but it bored me to no end.

Enjoyed the fact that I could play as a college team. Average game.

Had a lot of fun on the road to glory and franchise modes. Miss the mascot match ups but still a lot of fun.

It’s been a long wait but I think they should have taken some tips from Madden. The difficulty levels are either way too easy or way too hard. Also some quirks that I’m not impressed with. I like playing as college teams but I’m already back to playing Madden because it has better playability. I give it a B-

Game was awesome but it arrived with the disk flopping around in the case.

I should have waited and paid $25-$30 months after the release date. After all these years of waiting, it’s not worth the $75 launch day price. It definitely won’t ever happen again.

I got this as a gift for my nephew. He liked it, but I never played it. If he liked it, I assume it's a good game.
