    Pre-Ordered this game to not receive it on release date. Best Buy customer service said it would take up to possibly 2 weeks to fulfill a pre-order item. So they can take your money early and then not produce a product you paid for on release date. Customer service best answer was a refund and nothing else. Just remember the customer is always wrong when it comes to Best Buy.

    This game is exhausting. EA customer service is non-existent to help solve a slew of easily resolved issues if they would provide any service what so ever.

    Game play is ok but to play a season you have to go thru EA sports server which has never been available since I bought the game this week. SMH never again EA will you get me.
