RTG is the worst offender with receivers who magically throw the ball behind their back when hit in a catch animation. Any tipped ball is intercepted and if you don't release the ball immediately count on getting sacked because the blocking AI is miserable. If you hand the ball off your RB will either B line to the sideline or run directly into a defender. Its still College Football so I do recommend it for fans but just know its lacking polish again.
