Leaves my lights on

I wait on hold for a long time. Anyways my remote start leaves my parking lights on after I shut off and lock the vehicle. I have no idea why it is malfunctioning and I have been trying to reach Best Buy so they can fix it.

Inatallers said wtong pays and had to wire it in some way my original key fob doesn't work anymore. They also took 3.5 hrs to install.
