Not happy with the service.

I would not have bought it if I had known that. This is not good customer service.

Inconsistent function/behavior of starter system

Returned and had Best Buy uninstall it from our Grand Cherokee.

Get the upgrade or buy the two way straight out

You will need to upgrade to a two way remote which works 10x better.

Remote start not what you think!

It just starts the car. It does very good at that. Still have to remember to turn on the defogger, heated seats, fan on high speed and turn up temputure.
