It is a good store and good experience it was helpful

The remote start works great. The alarm is inconsistent with the sensitivity though. If a stray animal is near the car or hides under it, the alarm blares. BUT if I pull on the handle without disarming the alarm or another car door hits it and scratches the car, it doesn’t go off.

After barely 1 year use it is not working. The remote does not start the car even standing next to it.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. Works like a dream.

I have had the system for close to 2 weeks. No major complaint.

The remote is a 1000 feet. How ever 6 times out of 10. I can only get it to work 30 feet away. I have to hold the remote to the window between the blinds in order to get the car started. I would recommend the 3000 feet remote.

Great car start for a car that is outside all the time.

Product Works, Service was Great. but the range is very limited - definitely not the 800 feet that is advertised. I can't recommend this brand unless you upgrade the remote for two way communication and greater range.

Disappointed. It was such a good deal, I had two of these installed in our cars. Neither were much of a success story. The first, a Dodge Challenger, was likely an installation issue. My car was stuck with a rattle that ended up needing to be fixed by a body shop. The second, a GMC Terrain, did not seem to connect well with the computer and would shut off as I would start to pull away. In addition, the installer scratched up the inside parts of my car. Ask lots of questions and test it out before you leave the service drive. I'm sure it's fine for most, but I didn't have a great personal experience.

Very disappointed in the distance from which the remote starter works. My previous starter -- in my last car -- would start my car from up to 1,000 feet, which meant from my third-floor office I could warm up my car when I leave at night. This starter, as best I've been able to tell, has a range of about 100 feet. Really wish someone had explained how poor the range is when I was purchasing

I got this for my gf for those hot summer days to kick on the a/c before she gets in the car. The only complaint she has is that sometimes she sets off the alarm on accident and has a hard time turning it off.

It's works ok small buttons had to buy another remote so I would have 2 the other one wasOver 100.00 bucks for the other remote probley should have shop elsewhere for it only thing good was the installation guy was great

The system works as expected and is very reliable but the Geek Squad best buy technician did not tell me I have care two remote one for my vehicle to unlock and one is for a remote starter.

This Starter Drains My Battery. It DOES NOT allow for my car to become warm.....Heating System DOES Not Come On. When I open Driver's Door the Car Turns Off. If I accidentally turn My use The Original. Key Faub to lock Car Doors....It Turns The Car On. Returned to Installation Store Twice and Problem. CANNOT be seen by Alternative Store Until FEBRUARY, Even After I Explained What Has Been Happening.
