after upgrading u still have to buy complete kit with an "am antenna" for $249 to only use one main part out the kit which is the brain which leaves everything else USELESS such as original antenna and key fob.....

Purchased Tv and wall mount with Total Tech support package and delivery scheduled but delivery date was changed without my notices of rescheduled date.

This worked good at the beginning; however, it started getting us trouble after a few weeks. It wouldn't shut off like it was supposed to do.

I had to go with this one because the other one I purchased didn’t work at all with the car it’s ok what I don’t like is that it’s smaller then my fob

My device is not installed into my vehicle yet as soon as it's installed I would be able to let you know my opinion of the product.

This works but its not as good as the last one I purchased, maybe cause the model of my car I dont know. Think compustar is getting cheap but costing more!

My experience was good everyone was friendly but once I got home the issues that I have been having are once I get in the car it cuts off or once I shift gear the car cuts off then I have to restart it

The installer Anthony did a great job but I have to stand about 5 feet from car to get remote start on my car key to work. I haven't gone back to ask Anthony if he could improve it.

I bought this product a month ago, so far so good, am Happy about it, Only thing i should have noticed was it comes with only ONE remote.

You get what you pay for with this. Does not work from very far away. Definitely spend the extra money and get a 2 way.

Horrible this comes with no instructions and you must take it somewhere to get it installed

Was not compatable with my car but i didnt find out untill 2 days before my appointment. They should told me before spending $500.00

Love to be able to have my car started on cold winter mornings. However i have had some functionality problems every now and then but nothing major.

I tried this remote start and a Viper But remote start and neither one would work on my car

Absolutely not worth the money. It only works if you are within sight of your vehicle.

a week ago Normally, I have no complaints about the mentor best buy location. Today I would rate them negative 5 stars if I could for the poor communication between the mentor and Mayfield best buy stores. I ordered a remote start for my parents brand new car for Christmas and waited 6 weeks to get in line and get it installed. I finally get an appointment today at the Mayfield location and they dont have the wiring harness to do the install. They tell me I have to wait 5 more weeks to fit me into the next appointment. Very disappointing. I have 2 emails confirming my appointment and telling me that all parts and wiring harness are at the mayifled location as well. I went back to the Mentor location and they refunded me my money. I have done my remote start with them before with my vehicle but I most likely will never do business with them again. They offered nothing for my wasted time other then telling me "sorry, your parts show at the Mayfield location".....

The remote material not looks durable. With that much price no duplicate remote available in box. No sound for open & close. I bought that remote on Bestbuy Technician recommendation.

System is not good. Wiper has 3 buttons in order to "open" , "close" and " start / shut down" where as you have "close" button first which is not convenient.

When I came in at 1pm I was told that my installation did not start until 3 pm & i in formed him that my calendar said it was for 1pm & he went I& checked the store calendar , it said my time was edited but not why so he said he could fit me in at 130 if I Didn’t mind waiting at 330 pm they still weren’t Done & then another person pulled up claiming to need their car checked bc the job they did a few days ago caused something to mess up. They stopped working on my car to begin working on hers . Installation is only supposed to be a 1-2 1/2 hours job they didn’t finish my car starter installation until after 430 that’s unprofessional & no reason why everyone went to work on Someone else’s car instead of focusing on getting customers in & out & not waste any unnecessary time of the customers

My install was scheduled for 10:00 AM on a Sunday. After driver an hour to get there they call me at 9:58 to say they had no installers to do the job. So another hour drive home but with no remote start. Then, that afternoon, they called me again to say that they will no longer have installers. When I asked what I should do next the employee hung up on me. Worst customer service ever
