Item states it is a t harness kit but does not include the t harness wiring...wanted to have my mechanic install it for a gift and now have to wait for another part(the t harness) to be bought and shipped..website said all i needed was a tilt switch to do self install when I ordered it which I did receive. Item states it comes with wiring harness and it did not!

There is a few times the car did not start when I hit the bottom to start it. It also have one remote start. Wish it had at least two for it’s price.

I find it a little difficult to work this device. Once I hit the right combination it will start. But I seem to spend a lot of time trying to make it work.

It work OK I don’t have to go outside I don’t look out the window and press the button and I’ll be babe

After 60 days the remote went bad. Bestbuy said they can not fix it even though they installed it and i bought it from them. The warrenty of the product was approved. Been waiting for the warrenty replacement to be shipped from the manufacturer since dec 1st. Was told it would only take 2 days to pick and ship the order. I called for the 2nd time on December 17th now they told me the part is still in stock but will not be shipped until after the middle of january since they are swamped with new orders. New orders are more important than warrenty work.

I gave to my hubby for christmas and when i purchased it said it came with installation. I bought from website so when. He opened the box it only had the hardware and doesnt mention install being included. I am hoping this isnt an issue but were waiting to install till i give his bday gift in a few day which will be a stero which i want them to install as well. Fingers crossed it will go smooth or its gonna go from his best present ever to worst. I will update them.

I switched and upgraded the same day so I really can’t answer the question pro tainting

broke something on our car. still waiting for them to call us to replace this. Random lights appear on our dash. Need to talk to them about this

Love BB total tech. They provided professional installation. Very kind and installation was completed in a timely manner.

The headline pretty much sums it all up. Sometimes my headlights come on after I use the remote start sometimes they don’t.

I'm rating fair because the product is probably good. I couldn't find any instructions to install it online or in the box. I went to a dealership and they couldn't figure out the installation. I recommend buying from a dealer that installs it also. Best Buy was kind enough to accept the return.

Did not install do to Toyota hybrid starting sequence!

Service was awful. Had a problem with the install and it kept unlocking and locking the car the car. When called to bring it in for service to fix the problem they told me they were busy but they could get me in in 6 WEEKS! Unbelievable. Tried talking to a manager - sat on hold for over an hour. Left a message. No call back. BEWARE!!

You have to be really close to car in order for it to start.

It’s ok you need to push the button a few times to get the car start option.

Good for the price, no feed back. So you don't know if the car started.

I think best buy suck you in with a great price the charged you extra for everything you needed to install

Just learning since was just put in. Just having issues on locking door with button so using car remote
