The remote key is very moody. The vehicle does not always start.

I rate this poorly because this is not the auto start you want for a Nissan Sentra. As far as i've heard, the Sentra may be the only model it has issues with. After I use the auto start, arrive at destination and turn off with on/off button in car it leaves on the parking lights. Not only that, it takes multiple times of starting and turning off with and without remote for the lights to go off. May be o.k. for other vehicles. Also, the tech at Best Buy store told me I cannot leave my headlight "auto" left to auto mode and got angry when I said I should have been told that when I purchased it. Grrrr. NOT.MY.BAD.

Having problems with it need help can’t drive my car.

This never did work right it drained the battery every night and I had to jump start the car. I since sold the car after dissconnecting the remote start.

I had to return it due to the limited amount of locations that can install it. I tried to get a quote from one store ( not bby) but they charge me the same amount if I would have purchased the item from them.

Don’t waste your money with this product. It’s been causing us issues with the vehicle since we’ve had it over the past year. It works sometimes but most the time it doesn’t even turn on and when it does it’ll shut the car off when we open a door, if the car doesn’t shut off then it’ll shut off when we go to put it in gear and the car will just start rolling then we have to restart the vehicle and it’ll shut off again when you go to put the vehicle in drive. Regret buying this it is very annoying.

I am unable to properly review this order because I haven’t been able to get it installed yet. I had to wait a month for an appointment. Then, I had to reschedule the appointment for over a month later because the technicians got COVID.

don't like that it shuts off after 10 or 15 minutes

the range does not go as far as it says.. good price

This thing never does the same thing twice after I push the button, and I was told it was a firmware problem and that a new harness would fix it but a month later it still is unavailable.

BEWARE! I scheduled an appointment to install at time of purchase (online). I called the night before installation to confirm and good thing I did because they said they did not have me on schedule. ?? You cannot reach the local Best Buy any longer as they are not accepting phone calls! All calls are rerouted to who knows where and after being on hold and transferred for over an hour, they were not able to schedule an appointment. I decided to return the equipment and shop elsewhere.

returning to technician to try and get it programmed so that it will work. We followed the written instructions and it worked once, and once only. unfortunately, the reviews for this product are not high, my fault for not checking further.

The product is great and works well. The servicemen where gentleman however, I take pride in my car and they left all the garbage from the product in it as well as a tissue. Disgusting. Overall okay experience.

Don't know,- install is delayed 2 months, rediculous. Why sell items that you cant gear up to install in a reasonable amount of time. I gave this as a Christmas gift thinking that 3 weeks before should be deliverable.

The range on the remote doesn't seem to meet the claim...even when it does work. Look for a better/more upgraded product.

Be careful with remote starter install. The connector was not big enough on install which cause the battery to go bad in the car that was only 1 year old. Thanks Best Buy

This button looks and feels cheap. I went with a two lcd replacement remote instead. I would suggest upgrading unless you just don’t care.

I had a total round about with this! I had a schedule at one place and the installer quit, had tp change install location. everything was suppose to be transferred to new location.... when we got there they had no idea we were coming. They made due.... however we had to wait more than 1.5 hours for the install after we were told it would only take 15 mins. We were happy in the end only to see that the autostart doesn't work correctly as well as they never put my floor mat back on drivers side. Now I have to find where it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
