Does NOT include the needed T harness. This can only be used if the tech cuts 2 wires. One if which could make the telluride not start...and leave you stranded. I am very thankful that the installer at best buy told me this.

I purchased the remote starter and scheduled an appointment, but it was mixed up and stressful needless to say that the appointment was canceled. There were no opening till after winter. Either way I ended up wanting a refund even though the sales rep tried to help as much as possible.

I do not like this product.I bought a two way so I could tell I my car started. It’s a blink of lights. Sometimes it doesn’t actually start snd sometimes, there’s no lights but it is started. I will NEVER buy again.

I am not using it. Still waiting to get it installed. They can’t do it till March 11th. Ridiculous but I don’t have a choice but to wait. This was a gift for an elderly lady for winter but it will be over by the time it gets installed.

It doesn't work well for me when I get to the car it always turns off and the vilver takes a long time to turn on where they installed it I asked them about that and they answered me in a bad way.

Since i have got this device installed, my car doors won’t unlock/lock, the lift gate won’t open close and the radio says I need a password. I tried to call Best Buy where I had it installed, and they told me the store wasn’t taking calls and I had to go in.

I can not provide a review for the performance of these products because they have not been installed yet even though they were purchased February 4, 2021 they will not be installed until March 29, 2021 almost 2 months after the purchase date. Ridiculous

After 1 year I come in to review ,Worse remote can't star my car from my apartment even if it's 100f need to go out see my car remote need to be straight forward with car so it can start that's the worst choice I did

Though matched the car year and model, installer did not install, as wanted us to remove original Lexus remote start unit before he could install. Not sure why was this an issue.

Scheduled install, got call day before saying all installers quit and there weren’t any within 60 miles. They could “try to schedule” an install in two months 70 miles away. Waste of a Christmas present .

I would give this experience a negative stars if I could. As far as the product I have no idea because it never got to the point of me being able to get it installed. The experience was long and frustrating!

purchased 2 of these remote starters neither worked as they should. caused other electrical problems with truck had it removed by a professional and best buy won't credit the horrible install fee charged. don't support this kind of service

Very bad experience. I had to come back twice to have my remote start reinstalled and now it’s stoped working again in less than a year. I want a refund

Returned for upgraded model. Couldn't start car without being very close at times. Works on AM signal. Newer works on FM signal, far superior. Don't waste your money on this one.

Went to install and realized that it doesn’t actually come with the T-Harness. For $300, you would expect that something labeled as having a t-harness installation kit would have the required parts to install.

Disappointing and frustrating! After a year, device doesn’t work anymore! Am scheduled for repair in a few days, that means additional expense for repair! I would jot recommend this device!

I have a Ford scape 2013. Been having problems is been only 3-4 months since it got installed. I spend around 400 not worthy. I dont recommend this product.

Went online it said it was compatible for my 2020 Kia during the time Best Buy was installing it they said it was not compatible pretty upset

This does NOT COME WITH A T Harness!! Drove 50 mins only to be told that it was needed and had to be ordered. So got a refund.
