i liked it_ but after recharging the car battery, it stop working . I didn't get the geek squad plan so no one could help @ best buy, even do im willing to pay for the re-setting services.So sad.

Great! I think that says it all, but there seems to be a minimum of 50 characters, so I am going to overachieve by continuing this thought.

Product works well, save money on device, only issue I had was my appt was for noon, I didn’t get in until 1 hour later

Not sure yet. Ordered two of these as Christmas gifts. Neither recipient has been able to get in to install as the Geek Squad never has openings. One party did have there’s scheduled and when they arrived, no one was there. No one called to tell her. The store manager said to try another day. Disappointed so far.

The remote start worked great for 1 year and 1 week. Now it try's to start but won't start. replaced batteries and had mechanic check out vehicle . Verified problem is with the remote start. Went to Best Buy and they want another $100 to look at to fix. Said forget it.

Well I can’t actually review the product. More the store. Because after buying this as a gift for my father in November and scheduling the first available appt to have it installed for him on Jan 19, 2022 I received a call that our Best Buy no longer has installers that I must return it or travel an hour way for installation in late February.

Was a little upset because I dropped my car off at 10 am and they didn’t work on it until

unit works fine but is messing up drive train module will have have it disconnected otherwise I will have major problems wirh my transmission multiple dealers have told me about problems with after market systems

I bought this product and had it installed by best buy. When it was done getting installed the guy showed us how it works and it worked fine until he said that with Lexus once you open the door the engine stops and you’ll have to turn it on when you go inside. What makes me mad is the guy told me after they had installed it! If he had told me that before they installed it I would’ve returned it and got something that is really compatible with my car! So if you have a Lexus do not buy!!!!

The Range is terrible Less than 100 ft with line of sight to the vehicle! The remote is nice but the Range is ridiculous! Very Very short range. I've owned 4 different brands & this is the shortest by far they say 800ft & 1000ft depending on where you look but it's not true. I'm going to make an appointment & see what they say.

Bought this device a month ago waiting with a lot days more thant one moth for installation. Finally the day come when i going tonthe store TROPICARE IN MIAMI 4 cars at the same time with installation problems and my.car was abandoned without no buddy working in the car. I ended canceling my whole purshase . Naver come back to this store in my life so be carefully about install process in this store .

I was very excited to get this installed in my vehicle, but I quickly became disappointed. Sometimes it takes 10 tries to get the remote to start the car. Definitely would not recommend
