Got this when it was on sale, love it This auto starter has not given me any troubles

Chris the technician who installed the items for me was an absolute blessing, friendly, energized. He got the job done when promised, then showed me the process on how it works. Went way beyond where he had to go. KUDOS to you. He installed a remote/security/and key fob for my 2019 Ram 1500. Loving it.

Every car should have remote start for Wisconsin winters. Easy to use and works great.

Purchased this last Nov 2020, " so far so good " never had a problem starting it. I did bring it back to the BestBuy Tech's to solve a problem that I had with the compartment temp, that was solved, a few months ago. All working fine, can't be without that remote start. I will be going back in the coming months to have an apple car play installed.

No complaints! Just awesome and works! Had it for a couple years! Better than the dealer options. Dealers will try to scare you that it may ruin your warranty and you only want Honda specific ones. That is garbage. BEST BUY did a great job. Almost had my car 3 years so far and it still works great.

Over all the best .... When I asked for assistance they were Johnny on the spot. Explained what they had to where I in fact purchased the item. The installation crew were also very knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation... All team members that helped me Were very Professional... I will be going back to possibly purchase another remote start

They was awesome! Less then an hour to installed . He explained everything to me on the features on the item inside the store and took a walk with me to my car and show me how it works outside and answered all my questions. I highly recommend to go to Best Buy for your installation needs.

Easy to use and the price make this a perfect starter for my vehicle

This is the first time buying a remote starter for my car. I did my research before purchasing it. I decided this was the right one for my car. I bought it two weeks before christmas. The amazing part of this deal you get the installation included with the price. Sale for $239, Full price $500. Sale assiocate even made my appt to get installed. I have a 2016 Nissan 370z AT. I'm getting it installed tomorrow 12/28/18.

It functions really well. I can start my car from 1 mile because i also upgrade the remote star too.

The person that helped my husband and I on this day with the Remote Starter was very knowledgeable on how it was going to be installed to how long it would take to get installed and the different types of remote starts. He made us feel at ease, answered all our questions with patience and made it an overall pleasant experience in buying this product.

This auto start is perfect for my car. I didn’t need anything too fancy or expensive but I wanted something that worked well. This one starts right up every time and has a great range. The only issue I had was with the install- the hood sensor was pretty janky and wasn’t working properly so the starter wouldn’t work. Easy fix though, we just disconnected that part and it works great.

Had trouble with getting the install done. After receiving voicemail about having to cancel I could not get in touch with anyone in store. After calling the 1-800# I was told they could not contact them either. Very frustrating! Once that was worked out the install was done very fast and product seems great. Would rate 5 stars if Setting appointment was easier.

My daughter really loves this for her Toyota RAV 4 as it originally did not have a remote starter and we live in a variable climate so it is good for her to start the car to have it warm up or cool down depending on the season. It was a great Black Friday price and the installation team did a great job!
