The installer was very complete in getting things done neatly and in a timely manor. We did have an issue with needing a second key for the car to program the remote fob. We got the new key from the dealer and returned to the install center and were taken care of on the spot. Given a thorough instruction on how to use the remote start and we were on our way. We are very happy with the service we received from the Maple Grove store and wile be returning to have a second car done.

LOVE My Remote Start

It works so well. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a remote start. Compustar makes one the best remote starts.

I have not had any problems with the product so I don't really know what the customer services are like but it has been very reliable and has started my car and made it very toasty in the North East New Hampshire.

Warm Car on Cold Mornings

The unit was able to be setup to use my factory key fob. I have had no issues with the unit. The range works just as well as my factory key fobs. I have had the unit for about two months now. Would purchase again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a remote start for their vehicle.

After consulting with the tech guys at BB, they gave me great advice prior to installation. This remote starter works great. Winter weather is approaching, and I can start the truck before leaving home.

Technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Excellent range. This one has a single button and does exactly the same thing like the other one I got on my other car with four buttons. This one I do not think can open the trunk but it is alright.
