Best buy installed the remote start in just over an hour with no issues. Have been using it for about 2 weeks and have had zero issues. On day of install I upgraded the remote fobs to a 2-way remote with a 2 way antenna. ( 2way remote will beep and flash to notify you if the start was successful) I definitely recommend a 2way remote so if starting at work where I can't see my car Im not playing the guessing game as I walk out . The techs who installed were very friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. I would absolutely recommend purchasing this remote starter and having the best buy installation team do the install.

The auto starter works flawless and the installation was performed in a timely manner.

Remote start is literally one button held for about 3 seconds. Lights flash so you can see connection has been made. Fob also controls lock and unlock for doors. Car cannot be driven without a key in the ignition, so no worries about it "driving away." Just need to remember to set heat or A/C when you turn off your car, and you'll have a nice warm or cool car when you come out next time. Car will run in remote start mode for about 15 minutes. Took about 2 hours for BB to install, so plan accordingly.

The remote starter works well. The only downside is that if the car is out of site or earshot there is no confirmation that the car has started. You need an upgraded model for that. But that does not come up often.

I use my remote start every day. It's so nice to be able to warm my truck up in the winter, and cool it off in the summer. It's priced reasonably, and Best Buy backs up the product and the install. Very reliable.

I was hesitant originally because of the price, but this turned out to be one of the best investments ever! For starters, the mechanic at best buy was very efficient and didn't take super long to install the kit. He showed me how to work the remote starter and all the little tips and tricks. In terms of the quality of the kit itself, I personally love it. I can start my car from a pretty good range of distance. For example, if im checking out at the store and leaving I can start my car from there. Or when I'm leaving from home its very convenient. When you start the car it only turns on the ignition and the heat. The rest of the car is off which is good for saving the battery live. Overall, I really recommend this product!

Love this item you don't need the extra key fob unless you go with the $200 one The one they give you is fine locks unlocks and starts you still need your key and my Ford fusion key fob work s with this and I can use it to unlock lock and crank the car I drive a school bus it sure is nice getting in my car at 5:30 and it being warm since I have to get on a cold school bus and start over anyway and make it warm it's perfect. Price the included free installation and some kind of t they needed. At first pictures medis under the dash I don't have to see it I just have to push a button and make it work

Best investment ever!! I just push a button and my car is warmed up by the time I walk out the door! As I am getting up there in age it is so comforting knowing my car is installed with the best Remote Starter! Very easy to use and I am so thrilled that I made this purchase! I have wanted this system for a very long time but didn't want to spend the money! It has been an awesome feature and I am so glad that I that I decided to have it installed in my car!
