Make sure you tell them how long you want the vehicle to run otherwise they choose. Sadly they had our number and only called after install was completed. When my husband complained they said they would change it but we would have to leave the vehicle another few hours for them to uninstall and reinstall. A call would have been easier for all...

Have a little trouble when I start it as the alarm goes off. Have to practice more with. I was disappointed with it only coming with one remote. I have had 4 installed and they always came with 2 including previous ones I got at Best buy.

Perfect for New England weather

We got there about 40 minutes early as we were traveling from another area and expecting more traffic, and Mike took us in right away, even though he didn’t have to. He finished up super quick too and did a great job of explaining how it works and how to use it. I knew I was going to enjoy the product but I was not expecting to have such a pleasant experience during the install. Thank you Mike!!
