Be prepared for a "longer than normal" scheduling/installation time, but well worth it...and it's FREE. Simple/basic remote operation that gets the job done. Josh and his crew were very professional courteous. I purchased 3 of these remote starts, when they were on sale. I would recommend.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had amazing experience with Kennedy at your Framingham store ..went out of his way to verify my appointment then pointed out I needed another product that sales person in Millbury did not inform me I needed..I would give 5 stars but your phone Situation is aweful I tried to call to verify when my appointment was there was no promps for that then I tried to just talk to someone did tech support and hung up after waiting 43 min no one picked up

Great product... Geek Squad install not so much

She loves the remote starter, especially on cold days. Works as advertised but I would recommend upgrading to the 2-way remote. Geek Squad install was horrible. Was told the install would take 2 hrs but ended up taking 6+. Walked around Best Buy for hours!
