His knowledge and professionalism was top notch. Prior to my visit he contacted me to make sure all the necessary parts were in stock before I drove to Best Buy location. Works like it should. Make sure you have 2 keys for your vehicle before booking appointment to install. We asked prior to our appointment as was told otherwise. Had to have another key made from an outside vendor ( $95.00 ) and reschedule install a week later. We will see if any other issues arise.
