Works great for what I need when it’s cold outside

Works great i just press the button and and it starts. Just remember to leave heat turned on so windows defrost .Best Buy installer Nick was great at explaining how it works . It's so nice to get in a warm car on cold days.

so far so good,seems to be working fine. I give it a 8 out of 10.

It stopped working after the 2nd year of purchase so will try and find a better one

I really like it everything works fine but after 3 days my truck started to tell me that one of my doors was open so I need to reach them and see if they can fix this problem it was not there before

I haven't had time to use it yet really..... It took longer after purchase to book installation. Almost 3 weeks. This was the my second attempt to buy and install this remote starter. The first time Best Buy cancelled my appointment due to covid-19 outbreak shutdown in April 2020. But I'm happy I decided to come back and buy it again.

I purchased this remote car starter so I wouldn’t have to go into the cold to crank it and get it warmed up. It works great, but you have to remember to leave your temperature on whatever setting you want it on when you crank it. In South MS, we use the a/c in the afternoon and heat in the morning.

This was a gift for my son. It works well with his existing remote. So far so good!

Great to have the car warmed up on cold winter days like the polar vortex.

bought my daughter a remote start & accessories for her car, excellent purchase.

Main reason for purchase was the key-less entry. Didn't realize how much I relied on it til I replaced my car with one that did not come with it. Remote start was just a by-product since I couldn't find a key-less entry standalone product.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because how easy it was to return. It said it came with the T harness which it did not. The package says in plain English that it comes with the harness but it does not. If you purchase this just know you will also need to purchase the vehicle specific T harness as well.

This was a purchase as a gift to my wife for her car. Money well spent. Not only was it a surprise, but she is thrilled with the convenience it affords her, especially this time or year.

Excellent product! Much difficulty setting up appt,, waiting on hold, but definitely worth all the aggravation. The gentlemen who installed the remote starter were fantastic, friendly, professional and did an excellent job.

Got this on black Friday and it has been the best anniversary present.

BestBuy in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan installed a remote starter on my car. The very next day car started showing troubles. It automatically turned the traction control of the car. First day it went away automatically by turning off the car. Next day morning when I remote started the car the traction control again came on and now it won't go off. With this I can not drive as the steering wheel gets struck and won’t move. The steering was struck, and the traction control did not turn off. I called the same bestbuy local store to see if they have a fix or they can remove the device they have installed. They said I need to tow the car to their store and then they would look it up. Rodrigo Ferrari also said that if the dealership would say it happened because of the faulty installation of the remote starter, then they would cover 100% of the expenses to fix the car. After a lot of requesting, the manager Rodrigo Ferrari sent the same guy who installed it to my home where the car was, to see if he can remove/fix this. Unfortunately, he could not remove / uninstall the device which he himself installed. Neither could he fix it. So I have to tow my car to the nearest dealership to check on what has gone wrong. They gave me a written report of what happened and why happened. According to the report, the faulty installation caused the whole steering system to burn and related parts to disfunction which include the clock spring of airbags and diag. Sending this document to the manager Rodrigo and his store manager Duane, they completely ignored. After repeated calls, they said that they will file a complain with the claims department. This did not happen and they just lied to my face and on emails that they have filed the claim. I some how got the phone number to Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. who handles claim for BestBuy. I asked them if they have the claim filed by Rodrigo Ferrari from BestBuy of Bloomfield, Michigan, and they said they did not have any claims under that store. I am without my car for about a month and still to the date it is not fixed.

good price, bought as Christmas gift. This is second one we've bought.

Small remote and easy to use! Great to warm your car on cold mornings!
