Couldn't use this product but bought it a good price. Bought it as a gift because installation was supposed to be included. My local best buy wasn't set up for installation so it was returned

unable to get an appointment made for store to install my purchase. on hold for 40 minutes... then when car install dept. pickup phone they hang up. As of 12/26 still no appt Will try store in person if no luck will return item.

Remote start integrated with factory remote seamlessly. I didn’t want an extra fob, as my key is bulky as it is. I am able to use factory remote to start by pressing lock button three times, love that I don’t need the extra remote.

Works great. 2 way is especially nice so you know if your car started.

The system/ product is great. However the installation was not very good. The technician placed the siren where the hood closes and broke it. The bottom of my truck is open. Where he put the wires through.... GREAT PRODUCT BAD SERVICE

I had originally planned on buying a viper system, but learned that Compustar is a better alarm system for new vehicles. I had to go back into shop after 1 day because the system stopped working, but they fixed it, which I believe was an install issue, and have not had a problem since

Very happy with our purchases. We had them on our recently sold cars. We had them installed elsewhere and were not very reliable. They failed to work in cold weather. The new ones come with a wire harness so no wires needed to be spliced and you cannot beat the warrenty.

I received it in a timely manner just wish the installing date was closer seeing that the weather is going to get worse in Wisconsin but it’s no big deal I understand the circumstances but all in all happy that I got it within a day.

I had 2 remote car starters put in right before Christmas. Mark was great and the service was great. He explaining the process, how to use them and installation didn’t take as long as they planned.

Bought as a Birthday gift, Seemed like a decent price. Scheduled install and when showed we showed up, we were informed that parts were unavailable and I needed to wait for parts. 3 weeks go by, parts arrive and I call to reschedule the install, only to be told I needed to wait another month because they were booked solid. Very disappointing. Install done and now I find out they hooked it up wrong, headlights flash, then Parking lights, then fog lights, headlights again and the car starts. Now I have to rear parking lights as-well.

We just had it installed and the tech rewired the cigarette lighter and now it won’t power up my dash cam until I put the car key in. I want this fixed immediately. There is no reason that they wired it up like that. The old starter package never had this problem.

Excellent job the the Best Buy techs installing a remote starter in my vehicle. Very thorough & professional I’m very happy as this was my 2nd vehicle I had them install a remote starter.

I'm not going to rate it yet, due to the fact that I have to wait 2 1/2 months before they install it. I've bought and had other things installed and was very happy with the product and installation, so I don't think that will change. But the 2 1/2 months as a customer, is not acceptable.
