Only issue was at the installation phase where the employee at Best Buy tried to say we did not have any appointment but after proving we did, installation happened. Because of this unnecessary hassle, I took off one star. So far the product has met our expectations!

Installer and store GM Mr. Harris should truly be recognized for their above and beyond the call of duty for great business and customer relations. Would truly recommend this store and their employees as top notch.

Got it installed at Best Buy and have been loving it so far. Don’t need the extra key fob to turn it on as they were able to set it up with my own fob but it’s still nice to have. Recommend it.

Service was excellent and technician was right on time for my appointment. Only negative was that I had to drive 90 miles and go past another local Best Buy because the local one had no service openings for several months.

Best decision ever. It didn’t take long . The technician was very kind, he explained everything to me. I will be coming back to get another one for my other truck.

The only problem I have with this remote starter is the range in which you can use it which is fairly short. Inside my home can start it anywhere but outside the home like stores are jobs you have to be dang near close to the car for it to work.

Perfect for cold mornings,rainy days and creepy areas.

this works great!! I park it in the sun so it starts up and cools the car when i get there. just make sure to turn your ac on high before turning off.it also locks your doors too.

I bought this for my mother for an early birthday gift. The Geek Squad Installer’s were awesome and made sure she understood how it worked before leaving that day. I would definitely recommend going to Best Buy to have any car audio/car installations done.

My wife loves this remote start! It’s worked perfectly so far, and she loves getting into a warmed up car. The installer was even able to sync it to her factory key fob, so she can use that instead of an added fob.

Haven't had any issues with this one, the viper remote starter was the one with big issues.. thanks to the awesome staff at best buy Oshkosh (especially jake) figured everything out and got my truck ready to roll..

I absolutely LOVE my remote start! The guy that put it in (I'm terrible with names lol) was AWESOME!! He was very pleasant, as well as professional and he installed in in about an hour. I have had no problems, just a warm car every morning!

The recipient of this remote starter is totally happy with its performance, and I am completely satisfied with the competent and friendly service we experienced, from beginning to end.

The staff from geek squad installing the remote starter were wonderful. My only problem was the lack of a waiting room while my car was worked on, There were 2 chairs in the hallway between the garage and store.

No worries about voiding warranty with the new t-harness kit and can revert back to original if needed. Install is faster with this too. Will review how well it is working once installed and used.
