Installer was awesome. He had a hard time with install because system had some issues but he did a great job and it works really well. Was glad to see someone go above and beyond for a change. Great installers! System works like we hoped! Great product!

The Remote starter is great and Best Buy installed it in less than 30 minutes. What a great item. My only downfall is that the vehicle cuts off when you open the door after starting it with the remote starter.

Nope, this does not work as advertised. It won't work with a DIRECT LINE OF SIGHT (no obstacles, no glass, nothing but air) over about 100 feet. Very disappointed with this. I rarely write reviews but I think this one is warranted. I don't know what else to add, it just doesn't work as advertised. You must be close for this to work, within 50' or so. Closer if you're going through a glass window or door. The only positive experience I've had with this was the install. That part of it was great. The product itself is horrible.

I am happy this install will keep my family warm in the winter so they do not have to warm up with the vehicle. The safety feature is what I wanted, with the 45 second shut down after unlock.

I would recommend this to all for the ease and comfort

Bought this for my girlfriend as a Christmas present, however she surprisingly didn't want a remote start in her car. Very unfortunate since I know that this remote start system is very good.

I got this for my wife as a Christmas present. The only thing that I wish, is for a way to extend how long it stays running. I wish I had spent a little extra and gotten the one that had a two way remote. Oh well, next time.

I like that I can warm up my car without going outside

I haven't had to use the auto start a great deal yet but when I do use it, it is amazing. My truck is warm and ready to go when I get in and leave for work. It is nice not having to scrape my windows before I leave. Thank you.

Once again Bestbuy saves the day! My daughter hates to have a cold car in the morning. Bestbuy sold and installed a remote starter. Now my daughter gets to get in a warm car.

Works great really like it installation took way less time than I was told when I bought it. But I was a little bothered when I seen it for a lot less in the deal of the day 2 weeks later

Great remote start. I mainly purchased to use with the drone mobile application, which allows you to unlock vehicle anywhere in the world with cellular service.

The guy that installed my remote car starter at the Evanston, IL location did a great job, was friendly and took time to explain how everything worked for me. I will definitely bring all of my auto electronic needs back here as long as he works there.

Great customer service. The installation took an hour and the tech made sure I knew how to use the remote start before I left.

It’s nice that when I look out in the morning and see my windshield frosted over I just reach for my keys to start my truck and the when I go get in the windshield is clear and the inside is warm. Best Buy did a great job of installation.

The best thing about the remote start is the Tech service @ Best Buy. Jermy did a wonderful install and explained the operation of the device completly. Love the remote start and wished I had purchased one decades ago.

The person's name who installed my remote starter is Mike. He is very professional, knowledgeable,and is a great representative for Best Buy. Not only did he do a superb job. He made sure I understood how to operate the remote starter.

Was confused at first, after remote starting the vehicle, the car would turn off a few minutes after getting in the vehicle, didn't realize I need to press the brakes for the vehicle to take over from the remote start
