Love it. I just wish it wouldn’t shut off when I step on the brake without the key in. Otherwise perfect.

Works great and exactly as described. It’s a great addition to my vehicle for those cold early mornings and freezing night time runs!

Not giving it 5 stars. It does not work all the time. I don’t know if it might be due to some sort of interference. If I’m at the store and try to turn it on when paying sometimes it does not start my vehicle. I guess it depends on the surroundings. I bought a different one for my other vehicle and that one seems to be more consistent. It is a little more also. You might have to get a aftermarket alarm to install this one. I had to do it on my vehicle it was installed in so I would recommend a different product.

Clean install by Best Buy crew in Downers Grove. Found this on sale and it works great. Nice way to update an older car.

Great product - I bought this for my wife’s new car and she loved it. Cools the car in the summer and will warm the car in the winter, while retaining all the car’s features and functions. Professional installation was great and quick.

This is the most advance system I have had install I had this installed at Chapel hill Best Buy. The install was professionally perfect!! The Geek Squad manager Chris went above and beyond to make me a very happy customer. It was integrated seamlessly into my car. Everything from the 2way remote to the drone system works great. Just sorry I didn't invest on it earlier. Definitely recommend it. Great product.

Michelle was the 1 who helped me from the start! Got me the right unit I needed and was actually the 1 who put it in! Great person to deal with and great quality work. Took her time to show me everything after it was installed and she was busy but took her time. I would go back everytime if Michelle was there!!!

This product was purchased out of necessity due to someone attempting to steal my car. I own a Kia Soul. The self starter and alarm system are a Godsend to me and my family because without my car, I am unable to work. I am thankful for Best Buy and the team who installed the equipment, I highly recommend them for all of my electronic related needs and customer service!

Best buy did a good job on the remote starter explained how to use the remote starter on my cell phone and also programmed my car key fob to start car.
