Fabulous remote starter

Warmup my car every morning with the remote. Remote starter is very easy to use. I hope it will last long and I recommend it to everyone for this remote starter. The technician was fabulous, fast and friendly. Thank you!

Install not a good practice

I made an appointment back when I purchased this for installation into my son’s car. I get a call today that my appointment schedule in 6 days is being cancelled because the installer is leaving so they are closing the location. While they offer me a new appointment it’s not until January 20th - nothing sooner than that. So not only am I losing my appointment but I’m also being pushed back weeks. Best Buy should be coordinating this better as I’m sure that I’m not the only one this is being done to. Maybe you need to push the other appointments back and work in the ones who were already scheduled vs. saying sorry

Remote Start is Great!

They both seem to love it. Denver in the installation department was great, and went over the instructions thoroughly so we were sure to know how to use it.
