The product is made well. I feel that I have a quality remote start. Best Buy did a great job installing it. I am coming back December 6 for a back up camera to be installed.

I bought this remote starter for my mother and she loves it. I got it on sale thinking that it may not be a good buy. However it works perfectly and I have no complaints. I would recommend this item.

It legit has caused my car battery to go dead leaving me to jump it off. Nothing has been left on and causes the battery to go dead anyways. Why is it doing that! This truck was in good condition no issues I could have just paid for remote start from the dealership had I known this would be an issue of draining my battery

the remote works very well to date the staff that waited on us were very informative on the starter etc and installed it on 2 vehicles in the same day in a very timeable manner

Remote car starter and Keyless Entry is the best I've had in a long time. And its so easy to use, one button does it all.

Works great just that when Geek squad installed it I think they screw something in the car which broke down later.

As an older woman who doesn’t like the cold anymore, this is wonderful! I love getting in a warm car in the morning. Excellent product! I recommend whole heartedly.

I bought this product to replace a remote start that was purchased not fitting my daughter’s car. The issue I have is no smart phone capability unless you buy an add on. My issues started with Best Buy it’s self. My mechanic was installing the old one so since he was already into it I had him finish even though this product came with free install. Long story short. 3 visits to store, two additional purchases later for harness that was supposed to be packaged separately but they mysteriously couldn’t find and a purchase of a data cord. The worst part was the stores not answering phones. This would have saved a lot of headache and mileage from the beginning. Instead you have to talk to whatever country has the customer service contract. They told me options that were not helpful and not accurate. Best Buy do better.

It’s a nice product. The person who installed is was a pro, very professional and took less than an hour to install.

Best part of it is you don’t have to be next to the car to start it and was able to use oem key fob don’t have to carry extra fobs on key ring

Bought this for my son’s car. Best purchase and love the drone app that comes with it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple remote start.

It wouldn’t work with our car-even though we put in the car we were buying it for. We were refunded our money
