Terrible

Hence no product when I got there to have it installed. Mind you I ordered it 3.5 weeks earlier. So I took the day off of work and nothing. Then the reschedule was another 30 days out. Not till Jan 3 2026. End of story I ordered it begining of November and will have to wait 2 months for an install. All the while everyone who ordered it after me is getting installed as I wait and wait.

Works exactly as advertised. Installed by Best Buy and the technician was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the convenience of a remote starter and a car alarm.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have installed this model in multiple vehicles. 2015 Honda Civic, 2012 Jeep wrangler and waiting on a 2019 Rav4 installation. This product has worked for years, and we recommend this item! Unfortunately the latest one we ordered for my husband's 2005 Chevy Silverado on black friday was cancelled, so we decided to go with the Viper brand since our order was cancelled. You also might need to purchase other parts if your vehicle needs additional parts, check with best buy prior to scheduling installation.

The price is great, upgradable a plus and is a great brand. Works like it should except a bit pointless when 1/4 mile becomes 10 feet to actually get it to function. Might be a good base if you want to then add the phone kit or two way system... haven't tried either
